No offense intended to the US Postal Service, but snail mail is not something we encourage for 99.9% of our communication at Wizard Labels. We're an internet company and believe that electronic communication has significant advantages in our business model. If you have a compelling need to use a physical delivery mechanism (like to send us a gift in recognition of our superb customer service), reach out to us and we can advise where to send it.
Our custom label manufacturing facilities are all located in the beautiful Midwest. If you need directions for any reason, feel free to contact us - the appropriate location may depend on the specific nature of your need. Our Customer Service team is split in multiple locations (all in the US) to better serve the entire country. Keep in mind that our standard Free 2-Day shipping policy (via UPS) means anybody in the 50 United States can have product labels delivered into their hands within 2 working days (after production) with many Midwest locations receiving overnight deliveries at no cost.
